Return & Shipping Policy

Hi Snatchers! Below are answers to a few questions regarding Return & Shipping

How do I return an item?

Please know all my items are handmade and are consumable. I want to ensure the safety and purity of my items for all my customers. I am not able to accept these items back once purchased. Items cannot be returned or refunded due to buyers remorse.

What if my item is damaged?

I can issue a replacement if your damaged items are reported within 7 days of purchase. Please take photos of the items, box, and labels and email it to me. Item should still be in it’s original wrap and scrubs cannot have any indication that it was tampered with. Replacements will be shipped to the original shipping address. If package is sent to an incorrect address and returned, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again.

Please note a small crack in the bath bomb, shower steamer, salt cake, or dent in the candle lid does not qualify for a replacement. I cannot accept unauthorized returns, you will not receive a refund. If you have a damaged item please follow the above instructions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your orders but it must be within 2 hours of your purchase as I strive to get these prepared as soon as your order is received. Please email roadtosnatch@gmail.com. Once items are shipped out I cannot cancel your order nor provide a refund.

What is your processing time?

Orders submitted after 5PM EST will begin processing the next business days. All orders are shipped out on Wednesdays and Fridays, unless otherwise noted. Customers will be updated if shipped sooner, if delays are expected due to holidays, COVID-19, USPS delays, or other matters I will update customers.

What is your shipping method?

USPS normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10. I will provide you a tracking number with your order. If your package goes missing, contact me at roadtosnatch@gmail.com and contact your local post office for further assistance. USPS Parcel Select Ground normally takes between 10-15 business days to deliver. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, delivery can take between 15-30 business days. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is currently a flat rate of $8.00 to accommodate for all the states I service. Prices are subject to increase due to business needs and demands.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes I do for those in the central Florida region such as Orlando, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Altamonte, Oviedo, Sandford, Apopka, Winter Springs, Longwood areas. If local shipping is selected your shipping/billing address will be confirmed to ensure this is correct. If address is not within the areas above you will receive an additional invoice of $4.00, if this is not paid within 1 business day your order will be canceled and refund provided. Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time I do not offer international shipping. Possibly in the future I will be able to do so! 🙂
